Frequently Asked Questions

  •  We ask that you cancel a session more than 12 hours before the session. If you cancel within 12 hours of the session, we will charge the full fee for the tutoring session. • Please contact your student’s teacher directly for schedule changes. We will do our best to accommodate a change.

  •  Invoices are sent out monthly or you receive a weekly Venmo request (Sunday or Monday after your session). Please pay invoices in a timely manner.

Everyone on the team holds a Masters of Education and has taught for many years in both private and public schools. We differentiate curriculum for each student. Because we are a small team, we are able to collaborate and share ideas.  Finally, we see ourselves as life-long learners and continue to hold professional development workshops for the entire team every few months.

  • We are lucky to all be members of amazing school communities and many teachers have been referred to us through schools, friends and colleagues.
